Personal:

Matthew was born and raised in the Kalamazoo area, graduating from Portage Central High in 1987.  After spending 10 years living on the east coast, including 3 years at Georgetown Law and 7 years teaching a variety of subjects, he returned to Kalamazoo with his wife and two young children.  Matthew regularly represents both businesses and individuals, in both transactions and in litigation.  He strives always to be candid with his clients, and never to bring a case that should not be brought.
